J Crew

I'm going to get a little girly for a moment. I wore a hole in my favorite pair of jeans. These were amazing jeans. They fit perfectly and looked good with EVERYTHING.
I apparently loved them to death and was really distraught when they were rendered unwearable. I sent them back to JCrew to see if there was anything they could do about it, and I just got a gift certificate in the mail from them to replace them!

Whoa. Pretty cool. My friend Jon O once sent a letter of complaint to Acme because their BBQ chips weren't really BBQ-ey. He got some sort of certificate back for free chips. I wonder what else we can do?
