Lana and I are finishing up our first week of food that we got from the greensgrow coop. We pick up our foor every other week and have been coming up with the most fun ways of preparing our vegetables.

Last week we received: Beets, Kale, Collards, Spinach, Asparagus, Chives, Spring Onions, Strawberries, Swiss Cheese, and Eggs

Here's a photo of our first meal of Beet Latkes and collards with strawberries for dessert. We ate on our adorable back patio. It's pretty much the cutest.
